It's been an exciting year for the "original" First Call. Marty McCall, Melody Tunney and Bonnie Keen reunited in 2004 for several exciting projects. Some may have heard First Call with Dennis Jernigan on a recent radio single. In March 2004, First Call recorded two songs an a much anticipated new project from Discovery House Music entitled Pressing On: Songs Inspired by the Journey of the Apostle Paul. Joining First Call on this "concept" project are Larnelle Harris, Michael O'Brien (Newsong), Corey Emerson and Travis Contrell. The project released in March of 2005.

In April 2004, Marty, Mel and Bonnie traveled to Israel (see picture above)with a Discovery House Music film crew to record music videos for their songs featured on Pressing On. These videos will be used in an upcoming Day of Discover television program as well as a DVD which will come free with the Pressing On CD.

In April 2005, the original First Call made their first appearance during the annual Gospel Music Week in Nashville in 15 years.  Along with doing several interviews, the trio performed during a special Creative Promotions/Discovery House Music Late Night event especially for Christian radio programmers and international distributors.
